Returns:
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt if it meets the return conditions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@elevyfashion.com. Please note that return shipments must be sent to the warehouse from which the products originate, which is, in most cases, in China.

Return Conditions:
By sending a return, you automatically agree to the return conditions of elevyfashion.com

  • Return timeframe: Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Sender’s responsibility: Please note that you, as the sender, are responsible for the return.
  • Trackable shipping proof: You must send the shipping proof with a trackable tracking number to contact@elevyfashion.com. We can only issue a refund once the tracking number confirms that the package has been successfully delivered.
  • Notification of return: Returns must be submitted in writing to contact@elevyfashion.com.
  • Condition of goods: Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If there is any damage, report it immediately with photos.
  • Resale condition: Goods must be in a condition that allows us to resell them.

Exclusions from return and refund:

  • Custom-made goods and special orders cannot be returned.
  • Personal items and goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, lingerie, tights, oral products, and care products).
  • Goods sent back after 30 days of receipt.

Please note:
You are responsible as the sender. Any issues during the return process could lead to no refund being issued.

In some cases, loss or other obstacles during return shipping can result in the package not being delivered. If your shipment is insured, you may be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount and/or shipping costs through the delivery service. Depending on the courier services and the issue, the package may also be returned to the sender (you).

In such cases, we cannot issue a refund, and payments through Klarna must still be completed by the buyer.

Refusing or returning the package with the courier—Is that possible?

No, follow our steps above to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not completed according to these steps, we cannot issue a refund to the customer or Klarna.

Notes and Conditions:

  • The cost of returning your order is always your responsibility and at your own risk as the buyer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues during the shipping process. We reserve the right not to issue a refund.
  • Ensure the items are in good condition and meet all the return conditions before sending them back.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 working days after receipt of the return.
  • The proof of shipment with a trackable tracking number must be sent to us at contact@elevyfashion.com, preferably by responding to earlier email correspondence.
