Always free shipping
We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Every order is delivered 100% FREE to your home. There is no minimum order quantity required.
Average delivery times
We aim to offer the best price-quality ratio for our products. That's why we choose to ship products directly from the supplier. This allows us to significantly save on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, offering products at a fair price.
Every order is processed within 24 hours, and the average delivery time is 5 to 15 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Double-check your shipping details!
It is important that the shipping details are complete and accurate. This helps avoid delays in shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct information. Please note that if a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs will be borne by the buyer, and we cannot offer a refund.
Not accepting or collecting the package from a service point
If you're not present at the time of delivery, the package will be offered up to two times depending on the delivery service. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be delivered to your neighbors or a pickup/service point, and it must be collected by the buyer before it is returned.
It is important to know that refusing to accept or collect the package is not an option for getting a refund. The package must be delivered and returned following our return policy in order to receive your money back.
If the package needs to be re-sent due to unsuccessful delivery, we will resend it once at our own cost. If resending is required again, we will charge €8 to the buyer.
Canceling your order
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. The order is immediately forwarded and processed by the supplier. However, you can return the product up to 30 days after receiving it.
Track your order
You can track your order through our "track your order" page. The Track and Trace code is always available online 3-4 days after your order, so you know exactly when to expect your product(s) at home.
